This morning I had a cap put on. I paid in the front then went to see the Dr. When he was finished the assistant told me I was getting a $210 credit because it turns out I didn't need some part of the procedure I had paid for. There was no way for me to know this. I would have been happy and left. Dr. Jackowsky is terrific and honest! A perfect combination. I would strongly recommend him to anyway seeking a great technician that's honest!

Courtney, my hygienist, usually very reserved and shy, almost as if she wished she live alone on a deserted island with a painted coconut for a friend, must have had a lot of coffee before my appointment because she was shot out of a canon! After calling out my name in the waiting room, and mistaking a 90+ year old man for me (she's been my hygienist for years, she really thought I aged that much in the last 6 months?), she led me to the exam room that was decorated as if a wedding reception was going to be there this aftern... read more

I came in this week with a new insurance from my new job, but hadn't brought the right card and didn't even know what company it was. The front desk staff was courteous in helping me sort it out and rescheduling a new appointment for later in the day. I was a flaky patient that day, and every staff member was patient and generous to me anyway! That's the kind of service that makes me a return patient, worth the drive 30 min. from both my home and work. Melissa is great too - gentle on my cleaning, and so friendly.

In the chair on time. Deadened my gums without me feeling it. Very fast yet completely comfortable procedure doing two fillings in a single visit. All at a price that was not overwhelming. Great team of PROFESSIONALS! Thank you PLEASANT FAMILY DENTISTRY!!

I had a crown appointment today with Dr.Callison and her assistant Lindsay. I was kept very comfortable though out the entire vist . Dr.Callison was very gental while getting the area numb and they worked well together to create a new crown for me in one visit. Thank you to all.
