I can't describe in mere words how friendly and kind the staff at Pleasant Family Dentistry are. I was nervous about starting with a new dental nurse and dentist but it was a pleasure to get my clean and check up. All the staff, including Haven on front desk and Dr Callison AND especially Alex !!! She was so kind and lovely. It's the first time I haven't been scared at the dentist. I am a long time patient of PFD, since nearly the very beginning. (A REALLY long time😉). Always the most professional service, providing friendly and caring service from beginning to end. My hygienist is Heather, she makes sure to check on you first, before she checks the teeth. I'm sure they all do though, that's how they are. We moved away for a few years, but my kids would wait until we came back to visit twice a year to see Dr Rick, "they only dentist I want" they said. Best dentist experiences patient can have.
It was very pleasant, as it has always been - hence their name. Dr. Johnson is the best dentist I've ever had and at my age, I've had a lot. His staff is nothing short of superb. I've recommended them before and will do so again.
I had to have an old crown replaced and some cavities filled. Dr Johnson and his assistant, Barbara, did a wonderful job. It was pain free and the CEREC process PFD uses is awesome. I had a crown completed on one day! Thanks guys:)
This was the first time that I visited Pleasant Family Dentistry. Everyone was friendly and very informative. I will definitely return for all of my dental needs.
Dr. Steve took me in last minute for a painful tooth problem. He was very professional and got things fixed quickly. The pain was relieved almost immediately. Thanks Dr. Steve!
