I had a dental issue that occurred on a Sunday evening, called PFD first thing Monday morning, and they had me come in right away and resolved my issue right away. Excellent understanding and empathy for my situation, and I am very greatful!

Once again was not seen by my assigned hygienist. Dealt with it because this young lady could not help it and was very nice. Then I was told that I would not be seeing my Dentist. I had to see a Dentist I have never heard of or knew nothing about and no one informed me of the change. After my cleaning, the hygienist called three times for her and even left the examining room finally to try and get her. Dr. Jackowski did an excellent job removing old fillings and rebonding my tooth. I like his philosophy of saving the good part of the tooth instead of putting a crown on. The assistants and front office staff are very courteous and capable. A great experience!
