Greeted in a friendly manner by Karen at the front desk. Then, taken back to one of the dental offices by Julia, Dr. Whiteman's assistant. She briefly explained what was going to happen; namely, a couple of Xrays were going to be taken of tooth #14, and that Dr. Whiteman would come in after the Xrays were developed to explain to me what action he would recommend. Everything was very comprehensively explained giving specific details of a root canal as was sending me to an Endodontist for treatment.
Friendly and professional care, as always!
I am completely at ease when I visit Dr. Whiteman's practice. Every member of the Whiteman practice is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would encourage anyone to seek their services because I know they are going to be satifisfied.
