I purchased a used unit from Pleasant air, a subcontractor for them took me there and asked me to write a check to Arlen Z., who I believe is the vice president of the company, I wrote the check and was having it installed by one of their sub contractors Rob C., when he was installing it code enforcement stopped by and asked for my permit, I asked Rob about it and he said he did not pull one, I asked why and he said he was not licensed but would have one pulled, days weeks and months had passed and no permit had been pulled.... read more

I can highly recommend the company based on my interactions. Very professional and attention to detail. Also after the sale quick to answer calls and knowledgeable on the product (Trane). This being my first experience with variable speed air handlers ( not use to the slower speeds when cooling) - I did not know what caused the unit to slow down ( temperature variation). Summary - Fair pruning and knowledgeable staff

I have used the same AC company for the last 30 years. The owner retired, and gave me the name of this company has said they will be very much like I have been. I had the occasion to call them to see if they would come out and give me an estimate on the condo I was going to buy, they did so incredibly fast within my inspection period, And we found out that the AC was over 25 years old! The home I'm getting ready to sell which has three central systems in it and one of the systems was the oldest and sure enough it wasn't work... read more
