From the minute I called Pleasant AC, the owner Arlen answered and gave me the absolute best customer service! They had a service technician out to my home in less than 45 minutes! It was after hours and I was not expecting this amazing outcome! I had tried 3 different other places beforehand and none of them could help me. Thank you Pleasant AC. I would recommend this company to anyone that asks. The technician was knowledgeable, and very professional. A+++++ to Pleasant AC. Thank you so much for helping my family and I.

I am very pleased with Pleasant Air Conditioning and the new A/C unit and handler they installed.. They came on time. Art, Rob and Randy were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I needed answered. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors. ******

I called this company when I came home from work late in the afternoon to find my house hot and a/c not working. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and told me they could get a technician out the same day. I received a text message when the technician was on the way. When he arrived he was able to find the problem fairly quickly, he gave me the cost of repair, told me he had the part in his van, then repaired the a/c. This company has exceeded our expectations!!! Their customer service and techs are both excellent. We called in the morning because our AC was down, and someone arrived before noon to assist. The Tech Mike was extremely knowledgeable and spent time fully vetting our issue. We have an old system and they did not push a new one on us, but did inform us what we needed to do to fix ours. Heed my warning with this company...when my family purchased and had the central air system installed by this company 6years ago this was a honest business with an honest owner. I've used them for maintenance for the past 5 years (even referred 2 more friends who had a 2 units installed) I didn't know the company was sold to a crook named Arlin ( whom told me he would respond to this review however he had to ) they send 2 brand new techs out who had no clue at all what they were doing and in turn damaged my a/c unit. I had a new system installed this past week with Pleasant air and couldn't be happier! They did an amazing job! James M had come out to give me a free estimate Monday night and by 9am Tuesday morning Allen and Nick where at my door with my new system to install it. The pricing was very fair and I am so glad I chose Trane!! I will definately refer others to Pleasant Air!

Richard and Steve they are very professional and lots of knowledge answers all our questions and concerns. Richard took time to explain our options and gave us some future idea. They are very respectful and very Professional, we felt final we found honest and trust technicians.

This was my first time with pleasant air conditioning and I was very pleased. My tech was named chad..he was really friendly, & was very quick finding out what was wrong with my system, plus he took plenty of time to answer any of my concerns. Definitely will use this company again. Thank you
