Friendly staff – Plaza sells a really nice line of timepieces. Many have a smooth sleek look to them and are quite elegant in an understated way. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great Experience – Highend. Upscale. Classy. We shopped for watches (and bought one) - the lady who helped us knew a lot about watches, was flexible and straight-forward with pricing (no games), and patient. I'd go back to her again for my next purchase.

Fascinating shop – Fascinating little shop, friendly, personalized service, employee & owner took time to help & speak with us, although basically we were doing more browsing/asking questions, than high end buying. AAAA!

Brand new watches of many brands like Rolex, Audemar piguet, IWC and many other watches for best price. And there is free appraisal certificate with it. The appraisal certificate has high insurance value for the watches which is very good. Huge collection of watches in the store. Watches with diamonds, gold, steel, platinum, tantalium etc. pretty good place to buy watches in Manhattan.

Very Satisfied – I brought my Rolex Sport Model in for a possible estimate and Appraisal. The owner gave me enough information on watch and made me, what I thought was a very fair cash offer. It was almost double which somebody has told me. They paid me right on the spot with no commissions, no fee and no waiving. That was very satisfied.

They have everything! – I looked around for about 1 hour. I came back the next day and bought a Breitling and a Patek Phillipe watch. The price I figured was about half the retail price which was really fair. While I was there, the place was really busy, they were buying and selling everything! The purchased an Andy Warhol painting and a signed Babe Ruth baseball. They also sold and Abraham Lincoln letter and appraised a collection of original World Series rings! A Surprise Great Rating! – After reading a few negative reviews, I was a bit concerned, when I made an appointment to have a representative from Plaza Galleries come to my home to possibly purchase two watches. The representative (Lou) arrived on time. He was cordial, pleasant, and professional. He reviewed my watches. Did some research. Made a call. Then we negotiated an agreeable price.
