This business is owned by a swindler named Lee Rosenbloom. Lee moved this business about two year ago to its present location, at 110 W. 57th St., where it goes by the name of The Finest Inn. As a present for my wife, on July 16, 2015, I purchased a watch from Lee. He told me it had been manufactured in the early 1900's and was worth $8,000.00. I purchased it from him for $3,000.00, plus tax. He gave me an "appraisal" certificate that included a two-year guarantee. After taking the watch home, I discovered that it was not ke... read more

I love vintage accessories and have been looking for Cameo jewelry because I recently lost my Cameo ring that was passed down from my mother. This place has stacks and stacks of trays to look at-- there were cameo rings, pendants, brooches- everything! I couldn't have been happier to stumble upon this place while walking down 57th Street. I'm sure you can find anything here

The best choice in the midtown area! Watches of any kind, especially rolexes, omegas and cartiers. Tons of them. Personally I prefer Cartier, and I got myself one from this place.

I have looked for bracelets around midtown and I found out that this place has a super low price for the cartier love bracelets. I don't know how it is possible to sell it for twice less than the retail price. Anyways, I got myself one and I love it!

I was recommended to go to the store as I had some watches and coins to appraise. The gentleman I saw, I think his name was Mark, was very friendly and conscientious although he said most of the coins and watches I had were very common and of little value. There was one coin that he picked out and said that based on the condition and the date was quite rare. The retail of the coin was about $2,000 and he offered me $1,500 which I gladly accepted as I thought this was a very very fair price. They seem like very honest people ... read more

I was just passing by and needed a battery to put in my heuer watch so I sopped by the store. I met the employee by the name of George. He is very friendly and courteous and took care of me. They were putting the battery while I waited and it took them about 15 minutes and $14.95 which is about a third of the other stores would charge. While I was waiting, George was showing me some Rolex watches which I decided to put down a deposit on one and came back and purchased it. It was a pleasant visit and I enjoyed it. I would rec... read more

I I was recommended to this place by a close friend. He told me they have the largest collection of new and vintage watches in the world. I frankly was skeptical, but when I went into the store I couldn't believe it. Although the store they have is quite small, they have more watches per square inch in any one could possibly imagine! As soon as I went in I was approached by a tall very friendly gentleman by the name of George. He asked me if there was anything he could show me. I told him I was looking for a certain style of... read more

Absolutely agree with hotow (below). Avoid this place at all costs. I was in there when an Australian was taken for the 'Tax'. He negotiated a deal price which was inclusive of tax - and when he got his credit card slip the dodgy owner had included tax and charged an extra $220 to the price. All of this happened while I was waiting for my watch to have band put on it. I had to run to the 'watchmaker' - a term i use loosely - to retrieve my watch before it disappeared into the enormous black hole. If you have any doubts, do a... read more

These guys are straight-up crooks. If you don't believe it, hang around the store for 15 minutes and listen to the people calling and coming in demanding their money or their watches back. I had to go to the local police precinct to make a complaint before I got my watch back. I had asked them to give me an estimate on a repair, and it took me more than a month to get it back. Buyer beware. The positive "reviews" here are fake.
