Made the entire process and made my wife and I feel like we were VIPs. Plaza has always had a great Program, hence their reputation in our stellar Brooklyn community, but it is now also clear that they truly have a great group of guys. I had a great experience buying my used Toyota Camry from Dayne Facey. I flew in from FAR out of town to buy and he made the experience smooth, seamless, and hassle free. He provided many pictures and an accurate description of the vehicles condition before I made the journey. I was able to come in, buy and drive home with a beautiful car and a deal that I was happy with. This won’t be the last vehicle that I buy from Plaza Toyota of Brooklyn.
Carlos was one of the most experienced, professional and easy-going salesman I have ever met. I did not buy vehicle but he was very informative on a couple of different vehicles. I have been interested in the Tacoma's for a while now. Looked at them online and Scott got in touch with me. Went to just take a look and meet Scott. Well, that was it! Got myself a new Tacoma!
