Worst dealership ever. 1.No parking lot to park yiur car. 2. They call you to set up appoitment with you, when yiu arrive in there, you have to wait a long time to see a person you set up appoitment with, and plus they dont even have audacity to come out and seak to you, unless some one else is talk to you. 3.Prices are mad crazy compare to other dealership for the same year and model of the car. 4. So let me just say this to anyone who can read this. I will never ever go to plaza Toyota ever again. Absolutely the worst. Over a year ago I brought a car with very little knowledge of buying a car. I needed a car to get to and from work and for paramedic school. I had a 718 credit score and was approved for a loan. I got a used 2013 Toyota Corolla that I financed. $18,019 at 19.69% with a 718 credit score. To this day I struggle to try to get out of that car or trade it in. We called before we went to confirm if a car was in stock... they said yes and made an appointment for us. We come to the store and not a single person says hi to us. We finally go to a manager after a few minutes and tel him we have a appointment... we tell him we are looking for the 2018 v6 Camry... he looks in the computer and says we have it and to wait for a rep... we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to be seen by the rep... the re tells us quickly, those cars are not in stock and won't be for another few months!!! Came a week ago to subordinate the air conditioner. Said that the system is invalid and promised to subordinate this week as it is necessary to find where the freon flows. Was very upset when I arrived today. The manager refused to take the car to work. The reason for the refusal was that the air conditioner was supposedly working properly.
