Red Flags for this Office. **Update, I'm at Providence now and having a much better experience. 1) Office staff and doctors are standing around chatting in the hall or on the phones during work hours but are rushed when dealing with patients. 2) Inconsistent call back times - takes hours for their office to respond (see comment above about being on phones). 3) Every other medical office has digital records while they are still using paper which is another reason they're so inefficient. 4) Some of their front office staff is ... read more
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bruksch throughout my entire pregnancy. I felt happy and excited coming to every visit — I always felt comfortable and well taken care of at every visit. This office is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better OB or experience. I would definetly be coming back :)
Providers are ok, friendly staff, but it’s hard to get a phone call answered.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Bruksch for the past nine months for OB and prenatal care, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care I’ve received. From the very first visit, I felt heard, respected, and well taken care of. Dr. Bruksch has decades of experience and it shows, this makes me feel confident. Providers are fine (not amazing but fair) but the administration in this office is horrible and after a number of years I’m finally changing over to a provider in another network. The office staff doesn’t reply to emails, is incredibly slow to relay messages. Also the default is to not relay test results and even when I’ve asked to be notified either way I still have had to call and check in weeks later to get an update.
