refuse to pick up the phone. 4 menus to get through in order to talk to a person. have been trying to contact for months regarding a bill that shouldnt even exist. do better.
I personally have never had a good experience with a therapist ever in my life. After my TBI I was referred for talk therapy and found myself a therapist at plaza psychology in EG. I saw my therapist a total of 3 times and I thought things were going well. But I guess I should have listened to my gut from the start because it was too good to be true that I found a therapist of my liking. Dr.Stevenson, is by far one of the most understanding psychiatrist . She makes herself very available and is very diligent on getting you on the best medication regiment that work for each individual . She truly listens to her patients ,! I hope this feedback helps .
