Had my 15,000-mile service last week, and the concierge service worked great, as usual. Rob is always pleasant, whether on the phone or in person. As an aside, I had to call Lincoln Roadside Service from the Publix parking lot at Colony, for a battery that wouldn't start. From the time I called, to the time I drove back into my garage, was just 30 minutes. Then the battery was replaced at the 15,000-mile service the next day.
The entire experience was extremely easy and made me feel like I was important and not just a sale.

No problem getting a appointment since I have Ford and not a Lincoln. Staff was helpful, polite and respectful.
