Worst buying experience of a lifetime. After two visits and settling on a price with Scott who "consulted" with Carmelo or someone in the other room, they increase the price and refused to sell at agreed price. Troy broke the bad news and the salesman , Scott, wouldn't even come in the room. Calling Louie the owner was even worse, he gave a different price altogether. Buyer BEWARE as the say!
My salesman, Doug Yoder, was great in telling us everything about the car I was interested in. By the time the sale was done I felt like he was an old friend. He got us the price we wanted for our trade-in. Great working with everyone at Plaza Lincoln.

There is NOTHING that you could do to improve any part of our experience. Everyone, David, Troy and Carmelo could not have been nicer. Our salesperson, Jay Bitzer, made this purchase experience absolutely FANTASTIC. In the 23 years we have been married we have leased or purchased over 8 vehicles. He made this by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

Wonderful experience here at Plaza Lincoln! The sales staff were very inviting, very knowledgeable. The new sales manager here Carmelo is very approachable. I noticed some major changes in the dealership from where it was before Carmelo got there.
