Maribel is wonderful she has been great keeping me informed from inspections What is going on with the maintenence on the building. The landscaping when to move vehicles Times when the water needs to be shut off.
They are not studios, they are single room occupancy. There is no management to speak of, very unprofessional and if you have a cockroach problem you're on your own. There's a lot of homeless people that wander in is a lot of drug dealing and drug dealers that live here. This is not a place that you want to live .
