This place is very disgusting. My niece and baby nephew lived here for about 4 months now and it’s still in bad shape, she has reach out to the manager so many times always sending email about her stove not working her toilet leaking , all messed up and still nothing has been done about it. I even went one time just to pick up my nephew and it smelled like urine and trash I even seen cockroaches. So freaking disgusting. They say they always spray but they don’t. I moved in here Oct 2023 and currently still do. The units aren't bad at all for the price (low income housing) but the neighborhood, some of the tenants and people they bring in trash the place. Management does little to nothing and doesn't care. Sad, it would be a great low income studio apartment building if management would invest the proper energy & resources.
Thought I was going to be happy finally having a place of my own. I was wrong this place is roach and drug infested got my innocent daughter strung out and turned her into a monster. Thank God we got the heck out of there and the damage is being repaired in our lives from what living here did. It was so bad I locked my apartment with everything in it left and didn't look back I figured after all the mental anguish they can take my deposit and clean it up since we had to focus on cleaning the mess it caused us. Maribel is wonderful she has been great keeping me informed from inspections What is going on with the maintenence on the building. The landscaping when to move vehicles Times when the water needs to be shut off.
They are not studios, they are single room occupancy. There is no management to speak of, very unprofessional and if you have a cockroach problem you're on your own. There's a lot of homeless people that wander in is a lot of drug dealing and drug dealers that live here. This is not a place that you want to live .
