I'd been parking here for the past two years. However, two weeks ago I realized instead of the 13$ I usually paid I had been charged 25$ for parking. When I called, I was informed that the prices had been changed and it was now a $20 max for the day. No signs said that, and when I asked about being overcharged, I was told there was 'nothing they could do'. There are better-maintained parking garages downtown that don't charge you $25. Recommend the library garage a block away.

I wanted it to be acknowledged that I went to Joe's and was treated with excellent service by an employee named lavon. Excellent mannerism navigated me to where I needed to go I made it just in time. Thanks lavon.

I wouldn't park here again. My doctor validates when you park here and I'm considering a new provider just to avoid this garage...or pay for parking elsewhere. The staircase smells strongly of urine, and they were also kinda dark and creepy. Very narrow and I don't drive a big car. I drove slowly around making sure I didn't hit anything and saw scuff marks on nearly every vertical surface.
