RecommendedDr. Francis did my orthodontics and being 33 with braces wasn’t my favorite. He made the process so easy and comfortable. I was very picky and a bit of a perfectionist. We attempted to be a new patient with my 5 year old daughter at Columbia Dentistry for Children due to a slight emergency. We were told they do not do emergency appointments. Even after explaining my daughter had 2 teeth coming in and the teeth they were replacing were barely loose. They still advised no. I called Plaza Dental 4 Kids, explained the situation and we were in a couple hours later. As a parent of a younger child that is on the Autism Spectrum, who doesn’t like doctors, unfamiliar appointments in our routine, is easily sensory overloaded by all the stimulation, and hates foreign things in their mouth- this is the ONLY place I would recommend! I had a great experience with Dr. Rash, Sue, and Ben, as well as the really personable front office assistants. It was also totally worth it to use nitrous gas to decrease my anxiety about cavity fills... I had a shockingly good time at the dentist! 😂
This was my first time coming to the dentist in 11 years and it was a great experience. Great people and really cared for me and what I needed done. I believe I found my dental hone here. Thank you all for the experience and taking care of me.
Dental work is never fun, but I had to have a filling replaced this morning by Dr. Rash and Sue (I think that was her name? I want to get it right!). It was by far the BEST experience I've ever had in the dentist chair. I left the office so happy and relieved, which I can't say has ever happened at the dentist! Highly recommend them!
Friendly, competent, informative, comfortable.
The service and quality of work my son received was great! However the billing department is horrible. They are a BCBS preferred provider but they are charging me more than my annual deductible and refuse to aknowlege this fact even when I provide proof of my out of pocket expenses. The part that really tics me off is that all but 3 percent of my sons $3250 annual deductible has came from his procedure at plaza dental.
