RecommendedGet staff, they really take care of you and listen to your needs. They are like family. My kids love going to get there teeth cleaned.

Absolutely excellent dentistry. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the professionalism and expertise I experienced as a patient were outstanding. I was a new patient visiting after not having seen a dentist in several years. There was no shaming, and my improvement plan was presented in a positive and manageable way by the hygienist. Staff is really friendly. Dr Sepi was great and explained everything in detail. They even take photos of each problem area for better viewing . They even did both of my childrens cleanings. Sandy is really memorable for her customer service. I actually had a good time talking with the assistant Pahola. I have found my new family dentist after moving back to Vallejo.
Sandy the receptionist canceled my appointment because she is on power trip. I am requesting you honor the $99 new patient special she said it would be either $242 or some other price with insurance. She kept asking for some insurance number after I told her what plan I had several times. I had Aetna Vital Savings I mentioned, I told her it may have expired. Great staff and customer service. They take good care of all customers. And It was a great experience!
My view of dentist have completely changed. They really take care of you here. Not only is the service amazing but they are extremely knowledgeable about their practice. The staff are friendly and welcoming and so helpful. I mean who holds a grown woman's hand while getting a shot to be numbed? Their staff does!!! They really make sure you are comfortable and happy with everything.
Amazing Dr's & Staff. They made my step son very calm & relaxed while getting his first fillings & injections. He hates going to the Dr's & getting regular shots, so for them to be able to give him injections & he was calm & relaxed, is priceless! I would recommend them for their calm & comforting way of doing dentistry. If your looking for an office this is the one to go to. Highly recommend them!
Great friendly staff. Dr. Sean is very nice and knowledgeable. Very professional and gentle. Usually the anesthesia injections give me great discomfort but not with Dr. Sean. Thank you Plaza Dental for making me feel at ease.
