Terry (property mgr.) was a pleasure to work with. So helpful and kind. All of my service requests have been responded to promptly. Overall great move in experience for me.
This place has a terrible reputation amongst locals. I would not recommend renting here, there are always stories around town about how mismanaged it is and how unscrupulous the new management has been with deposits and failing to make even the most basic repairs. The constant overflowing trash situation has been ongoing for years and is not helping the neighborhood keep rats and mice under control. I recently moved into Plaza Del Sol in December and I have to say, I absolutely love it here! With all the new upgrades, fresh paint and beautiful apartment inside, quiet and clean, plus a private back yard to make my own, it feels like home! The best location close to work and shopping is a huge PLUS!
I don’t advice anyone to rent on this compound you just loosing your money and your time very bad management nothing is true no maintenance anything broken you will be the responsible for that and no professional office specially the manager very bad behaviour and attitude she will not lesson to the new Tennant and everything is not allowed .your neighbour on apt 790 keep complaining about anything even if you take shower during the night ext It is very old apartment and not proper renovated it just picture the garbage alway... read more
