I am a current resident at the Plaza Club City Apartments and this review is in regards to the staff. I recently had hip surgery that impacts my mobility and the staff has gone above and beyond to help me out. They are very personable and It is much appreciated to have such caring staff.
Let's just say that waking up this morning without hot water for the 5th day in a row is the least of the worries.
Just moved in and so happy to be here! I feel like I looked everywhere, but didn't feel at home until I arrived here. Coming from out of state, it was such a smooth transition and couldn't ask for a better location. The plaza is literally steps away and I was able to check out the new Sky Park with one of the leasing agents. All I have to say is WOW! Can't wait to be up there this summer. Coming from out of state, I already feel at home here.
Kim and Krista do an awesome job and go out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant living experience. The remodeled features are beautiful especially the sky park! Thanks PCA for a fun year!
Plaza Club has, hands down, the most helpful and engaging staff. This isn't just an apartment complex, it's a community. I am proud everyday to call PCA home, and I can't wait to see what the final renovation looks like!
