RecommendedThe location is great, the staff is wonderful. Typically very fast on maintenance items (less the COVID lockdown). Wish security was more important to them. The complex has been very unsecured for a few months. No secured gates, all kinds of people in an out of the complex that do not live on the property. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Great place to live in KC! Awesome location.
Great space to live! Very friendly/helpful staff. Simply can't beat the location. 10/10 recommend!! I also really like the floor layouts. I'll definitely renew for next year!!
I love living here!! Derick and staff were amazing & such an easy process to move in! Plan on signing my lease again next year!
The new manager, Emily, is awesome! The community is in a great location, and the finishes are beautiful!
