Used to come here all the time. Had no server touch the table after initially placing order. Once food was brought out we had to ask a host to order drinks and to get refills. We asked for bills 3 times and when one. Ill showed up we I assume that’s what they were billing us for since we complained about the service. One of us even walked to the cashier to pay for shots. “Owner” of restaurant for “22” years made it seem like it was our fault for not asking for service. I have had issues with slow service before but today took the cake. Sat at the bar for at least 10mins. No bartender in site. None of the other staff even looked my way to say one minute or ask if I was greeted. I work in a restaurant so I'm aware things can get crazy but this was not cool at all. Don't plan on going back.

This particular restaurant gave the smallest amount of beef steak,onions,bell peppers & tortillas for fajitas I have ever had at any Mexican restaurant including another Plaza Azteca.They only gave me 2 tortillas compared to 3 I get at Norfolk outlet plaza azteca & other Mexican restaurants.I always have enough leftovers for 2 more tortillas,not this time.I only left with alittle meat & rice.The food barely covered the hot plate.For the price I’m paying it’s very disappointing.I did not get what I paid for.My husband also al... read more
Staff and management are very friendly and They have the Best Margaritas in town. 👍🏾
After years of great food from Plaza Azteca, after the burned Chimichanga I was served tonight. The cook approved it by sending it out. The waiter approved it by giving it to me. The manager approved it by not waving my total bill. I will try Jose' Tequila!!
