I love this place. Been there several times and never disappointed. Food is great, service is as expected (the servers are not much for chit chat, and I appreciate that), and we never have had to wait to be seated.
Told waiter no sour cream. Plate came with sour cream so they took it back, new plate came covered with cheese sauce and trace of sour cream! So they took it back! New plate came, I told him we should not be charged for that plate because they tried to trick us! Manager said Kenner will be charged for the 1st plate, I told him it wasnt his fault its the kitchen but since we got a new plate, we will be charged and thats their policy! The food was awesome!!!!!! The service was horrible!!!!
The server was horrible!! Had to find another sever order cheese dip 3 times and it was ice cold by time it got to our table order a margarita on the rocks it came frozen with salt had to find another server just for a refill
This is the second time I've ordered a"vegetarian" meal to go and it had meat in it. Officially done with this restaurant.
