I use to rate plaza as a 5 but IV been there several times in the last few months and their service has dwindled a lot! Took a half hour to get a beverage, the portions have gotten small and I ordered cheese dip that was the best Mexican jalapeño dip around. Now it's cheese salsa out of a can or jar...not impressed at all anymore. Now I did notice the visitors from out of town got very good service but not the locals. Which is totally unacceptable..
