Well what can I say staff are friendly Manager is great we are from Sydney Australia and love going to Players whenever we are in SF
Cool place, we had drinks and bite to eat, friendly staff and great food
Terrible service for a party of one. I sat there waiting for a server for 10 minutes. Several employees walked past me, but none acknowledged me. When I have the menu back to the hostess, she didn't bother to ask if anything was wrong. Very very disappointing.
