The staff are welcoming and competent. Aaron is on top of the latest, best result physical therapy methods, and the facility is equipped with up to date, well functioning machines, as well. Most of all, they care about their patients, listen to each person's concerns and work well with your physician in doing the best that is possible for your recovery and mobility, with pain management in mind.
Katie saved my life! I'm not kidding. I came in wearing a boot, in pain, detoxing from post surgery opiates, depressed, crying and thinking I would never run, dance or wear heels again. Three months later I am doing all these things and crying from joy! She's a true healer and a treasure.

I received physical therapy from Playa PT between November and April. I saw James Szalay for most of the time and finished my last several therapy sessions with Kendra Cornelius. Both were excellent therapists. I had a badly fractured foot that was surgically repaired. They supported me and methodically led me through a protocol that has me walking almost normally now. Yesterday, February 26th, I attended my 7th Physical Therapy Session with James Szalay. With these 7 sessions, he did an amazing job, guiding & directing me, with stretch exercises, that contributed to reducing my pain & discomfort. I had tweaked my lower back a few months before. There aren't enough good things I can say about Aaron Willis, principal at Playa Physical Therapy. I've been going to Aaron for about 6 years with an assortment of injury-related and degenerative conditions. Each time he has treated me for musculoskeletal pain - low back and related hip and leg pain, shoulder mobility, elbow and forearm weakness he has managed to help me avoid surgery. Playa Physical Therapy is a top-notched facility in the Silicon Beach area, with a very friendly and professional staff. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to me. I absolutely love the txt reminders prior to my appointments. James has been helping me for the past six months with exercises and stretches for back, and shoulder pain. He is very nice, patient, and helpful.
