My husband and I have lived here for 5 years. We started out in an 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Our children had to move back home and the office staff were able to find us a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The children have now moved out and the staff has been able to find us a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The grounds are always keep clean and neat. We love it here and will probably never move again. Management makes us feel like we are a part of their family. Never had any problems. Best place we have ever lived.

I've lived in 3 different apartments at the Palms. I started in a 2 bedroom with a roommate and as my family grew we moved into the larger 3 bedrooms. We plan to stay there until we purchase our home. Floor plans are huge! Grounds are well kept. I know most of my neighbors and we treat each other with respect and regard, just like a normal neighborhood would.

I have lived here since 7/2015. I speak to the office staff often, as the sign for all my packages. Everyone one is always pleasant. Maintenance staff has been quick and professional with repairs. I love this place and have had many of my friends move here as well.

Great affordable apartments for college students, 1bdrs for $400 2bdrms $650.If your trying to stay in budget they have good quality apartments for GREAT prices. Lived there 2yrs and never had a issue

There were numerous times that I've come to my apartment and had a letter on my door with complaints. Most of them were about pets which I don't even have. The others were about stuff on my balcony that wasn't even there. I come to find out it's my neighbor that had the stuff on their balcony. They make like they are coming in to change the filter, but they use that to inspect the apartments. Filters don't need to be changed every other month. The construction is real bad.
