More than met my needx – Easy, quick, got what I needed. I don't understand some of the negative reviews -- why give a low rating because you had to pay $5 to park, or you didnt like using a parking token, or the doctor didn't smile enough. This is an urgent care clinic. By definition, they need to treat people quickly and efficiently. They need to get to the point, treat the patient and get on to the next patient. if they get that done, I can't ask for more.
Terrible Service – I waited 15 minutes to get an eye test by an assistant (I told them this was unnecessary because I had just seen an optometrist. They insisted). I then waited for two hours before I saw an eye-doctor. The eye-doctor looked at my eyes for about 5 minutes, decided there was nothing wrong with them and that it was just a deterioration of vision and excused me. The bill I received more than half a year later was for $340!
Great Care – My daughter's pediatrician referred us here when she started complaining of headaches. The care and confidence of the staff was extremely refreshing. Cost is a bit high, but you do get what you pay for. There can be a bit of a wait as the doctors move between rooms and patients.
Excellent knowledge and care – I've been a patient at the Institute for almost 6 months now. In the 4 years prior to my care here, the diagnosis and professional care for my condition was sketchy. The doctors here knew immediately what my problem was and had complete faith that I could be fitted with a contact lens, as worse cases had been fitted.
