This summer They refuse to turn on the a/c in bldg 1 so it blows hot air in the hallways causing your apt to heat up more and your ac to pull harder when i reported it they treated me like i was an idiot telling me those fans do not cool i replied so you don't have the a/c on they said YES because the pipes keep freezing!!!!!! how about you charge the system or is it completely broke!?
