Our vet for 30+ years!!!! Dr Platz has been our family vet for a long long time, and His partner Dr nancy Pillsbury is wonderful too. The new guy we don't like. He doesn't listen to owners. Maybe that was your experience. As for customer service, I have had great experiences with the people in the front. They get you in fast, do incremental biling if you are a good customer, they help with scripts, test results, etc. They are a bit more $ than some vets, but they do things they don't charge for, too, so it balances out. Never Use This Vet. Hospital!! Platz Animal Hospital is one of the worst animal hospital I have ever seen. My daughter worked there for a short time, and had to quit due to the way it was ran and how they treated the animals. She just could not stand it. They tend to neglect animals that are there for a stay. The Vet. himself is not nice at all and the office staff does not give good customer service. Also they way overprice every service. Please do not take any animal there!

I like this Vet group. What I don’t like is the phone system. I’ve been on hold so many times for 5+ minutes I can recite their automate hold message.

We just brought our baby girl (we got her yesterday) to them today! So kind, gentle and so helpful! We couldnt be in the building with her but WOW did they make it feel like we were there!
During this Covid 19 time they took great care of my dog, Gus. I am grateful for the staff at Platz!! They were absolutely amazing!
