I was referred to Platz when my Pomeranian was having some severe health issues. I can honestly say they have been nothing but great! Not only did they help my dog they made me comfortable during her illness. I would absolutely recommend Platz to anyone! They really do treat your pet like their own.
I had never been to this clinic before. My regular vet was closed. I was a sobbing mess. It was the worst day of my life. The people at Platz were absolutely amazing. I could not have imagined a kinder staff if I tried. They have a client for life with our family.
I've known Dr. Platz for about 20 years. He is a wonderful, caring veterinarian who has a good sense of humor. I also like Dr. Andris who is also a concerned, caring veterinarian who is very knowledgeable regarding pet problems. Both Dr. Platz and Dr. Andris have helped my puppy, Hachi, who was very ill when I first brought him home from the dog rescue site at 11 weeks of age.
Phenomenal experience. Dr. Platz squeezed me in and did everything he could to help my dog at the end, and made a painful situation as good as could be. It's so clear that he really cares about each and every animal he sees, and will do everything he can to help.
