If youre tossing up between different shoe stores I would HIGHLY recommend coming to Platypus Rouse Hill especially if Chelsea is there! She is literally the most helpful store worker I have ever met and treats you as if youre her family member! You can tell she loves her job and knows the specific pros and cons of different shoes!! Had a great experience at this store, Chelsea is a super star— took the time to understand what I was after and knew her stuff. She helped me pick two pairs of shoes for my kid (different brands), gave solid sizing advice, and was spot on. Both pairs had to be ordered in but she sorted it quickly and it arrived to my house in two days. Really impressed with the service! Honestly I was impressed by how knowledgeable and patient she was, well done Chelsea.
I came in to get some casual shoes. Chelsea was wonderful, friendly and running around to get shoes and adjusting them and offering info and cleaning advice. Huge range too. Highly recommend.
