Dani was great! I was having a hard time deciding on shoes to get my daughter for school, and she took the time to explain why another option would be better long-term and more comfortable, while still being affordable. She was super helpful and even offered free delivery for a pair that wasn’t available in our size in store. Really friendly, honest service
I really enjoyed shopping here. They had a good range, and the customer service was excellent, Ash was a great help to me.
The young and tall girl with black hair who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional. We waited for a while, and asked her for a shoe in size 8 (which I was holding). She didnt even look at the shoe or check her stock and just said 'We don't have it,' and left immediately in such a rude tone. She didnt even wait for our response or try and sort anything out.
