Very pleased with the services provided by Roto-Rooter during the COVID-19 Self-Quarantine. They sent a very polite gentlemen named Ross to fix our leaky sink. He wore a face mask and gloves and finished the work very quickly. Would highly recommend!

We needed a tank for our well to be replaced. I called and they were out the next day. A technician ( Brandon Cook ) came out and replaced it. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was a total professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

Do not recommend! Called at 7am this morning with an issue, was told someone would there between 11am and 1pm. My husband took the day off work in order to be there during this time frame. We checked in at 2pm as no one had called with an update but they were still not there. We were told we were next on the route. Another hour went by, still no call, still no service.
