Horrible office. Came in just to get a referral for my son to see a specialist and have been waiting 2+ hours to be seen. This is an every time occurance too. No matter what time of day our appointment is we get stuck just sitting around waiting for hours. And the office staff are beyond rude! Finding a new office ASAP no matter how far of a drive we end up having to have.
RecommendedBest doctors and nurses! The whole office crew is so nice and always polite ! I never had to wait a lot and they are always so nice explaining everything to you. Totally recommend
I don't understand this place you make a appointment and sit here for almost 2 hours without being seen.. I am looking for a different doctors office for my kids to go to I understand its busy and things happen but all the time there is no reason for it........
We always love Dr. Beguin! He is great about explaining things and making sure the kids are always getting the best care
We have stayed at this office because nobody else is accepting - most office visits, we average 3-4 HOURS for the whole experience. The main issue is the front desk - my daughter was turned away once for an appointment because my parents brought her as I was at work when she was quite ill. We were also harassed for several months about a $5,000 bill when my daughter was a few months old that the office staff was responsible for messing up. I switched my kids to a family medicine practice because I couldn't take the 3hr waits and the HORRIBLE reception staff. Dr Meyer was amazing and we loved her but I couldn't bear the office anymore.
This office is awful ! You wait for 2 hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment. Nursing staff is Very Rude ! I absolutely hated this office and couldn't wait to be accepted to a new practice. I went to every doctor their practice had and wasn't happy with any of them but Dr Meyer. How she can stand it there is beyond me . Even though she is great it wasn't enough to keep me there . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy .
