We were loyal patients for 17 years. Always had wonderful care and customer service. However, after today's episode, we will never go back. All I wanted was compassion and customer service. It is unfortunate that a horrible day turned twice as horrible with the service we received from the office staff and office manager. I wish both Dr. Armstrong'a the best of luck as they will need with the crew they have managing their practice.
We've gone to Platte Woods Animal Hospital for about 40 years with many pets and have deep respect for the care they provide. New building just now being occupied - will miss the old stone house but more exam rooms and a modern facility is also welcome. Congratulations on the new office -same location and as long as we have pets they'll be well cared for at PWAH.
Dr. Tyler Armstrong is amazing, as well as the staff there. I am very impressed by everyone there. They really go above & beyond to provide excellent veterinary medicine!
Took our guinea pig and they were very nice and helpful!
The Dr's take excellent care of my senior rescue girl. Shelley does great grooming, especially considering my girl isn't accomodating! I didn't realize how much work groomers do besides hair cut - ears, feet, glands, nails, and maybe more.
The very best caring vets. We've used them for 11 years.
