I know Dr's quit but maybe you can be more helpful finding solutions for the patient's left behind. We shouldn't be required to see another dr. there before you fill prescriptions, especially if it has been less then 4 months! Some insurances won't cover more then once a year!
Have always been able to get an appointment quickly and in a timely manner. The doctors listen to me and have always provided a solution. Highly recommend this clinic. Excellent care.
They are fast at getting you signed in and know long waits to see the doctor if there is the nurse will come out and let you know
Good care. Friendly nurses. Easy to get an appointment. Large range of doctors all under one roof & of course a wonderful new hospital connected. Kearney is so lucky to have this medical facility.
Not able to get refills or new prescriptions without going through patient portal! stupid idea! If you can't call a nurse for help, why have them?
Dr. Chadd Murray and his team did an excellent job on their first day at Platte Valley. From the receptionist to the nurses, and of course the dr. The experience was fantastic. All were warm and welcoming which is much needed in the medical profession. Highly recommended!
Dr. Gossat and his team worked quickly to help me recover from a flare. They were professional, caring, genuine, and efficient. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. Great services!
