Delivered our son on December 23rd. In-between the doctors that have a god complex, don't care what you have to say or think, even laugh at you when they cause you pain, and the nurses that can't be bothered with talking with you, they are too busy talking at you. Ask you the same question over and over because they think you are making a wrong decision. We live a mile away, and we are pretty sure we are going to be going to another hospital for future events.
Worst hospital I have been to. Yes, I have been to more than my fare share. My child has had type 1 diabetes for 7 years and I was first diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago. The staff in the ER are cold, heartless, and could care less that you are there. I have given this hospital chance after chance. This hospital and the staff in it are the reason I drive 40 minutes to a real hospital. What a joke! �
I took my daughter there last night for feeding intolerance. I asked the nurse if she can watch my baby for less then 5 min because I forgot my bag in the front and they thought I left my daughter there. When I asked the nurse to watch her. They called a social worker to question me. It was ridiculous the nurse and staff made me feel horrible. The doctor was being rude on why didn’t I take her to a children’s hospital. Within the last two er visits for my heart issues this month alone your staff went right away getting my vitals and getting me to the room. And explainingg what they were doing and what I needed to do in mean time. I was afraid to go to er, due to note 2yrs ago said plan on staying 4 hrs , . But things ha ave changed. They take me back as soon as I told them I have a pots, where my heart races and won't come down. But they do a technique that slows it down. Taking real good care of me and helping me get through a lot right now I'm feeling better than I have in a long time especially after I fight this infection off then the rest is all down hill. But truly great staff and fun people kept me comfortable through my whole stay
Visited the ER last night and the nurses are WAY too busy talking to each other to help. When they talked they were nice but we needed something got ignored when I was 5 feet away, had to get completely different nurse for help. Then we have to stay an extra hour and a half because they lost my wife's urine sample. When finally had enough was lectured by the nurse about she did no wrong!
