over billing and coercive billing practices! they charged my family $4500 for a broken arm that they refused to treat and transferred to children's!!! children's fixed the arm and billed less! congratulations on your new trauma ratings... avoid at all costs folks, or it will cost you. looking forward to seeing you in court! media will be present.
Everything went fine, discharge was a bit slow, waiting for paperwork took a solid 30 minutes, but everything else was great.
Recently had surgery at Platte Valley and the staff was remarkable. I cannot say enough good things about the staff there. I stayed seven days and they helped me prepare to go go home, were knowledgeable, helpful compassionate. They helped alleviate some of my fears by explaining what was going on. The nurses, nurses aids and the charge nurses are above average. Thank you so much for making my stay better!!!! The absolute best care I have ever had in a hospital!!!!
The ladies that were caring for me, during my stay, were so wonderful. The two times I have had to stay at this hospital, I have been treated like royalty. The staff is truly top notch.
This is gonna be really long. I'd probably just skip it if you don't have a few minutes. Not gonna bother editing it, so hopefully it isn't too disjointed, and full of typos.
