I had surgery to repair a ruptured bicep tendon. The injury came about short notice, of course, and the entire team worked hard to get my imaging taken care of quickly so I was able to get scheduled with Dr. Hamman in a timely manner. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my care was the best and that my family felt included in every step. Thank you Platte Valley.
I drive almost an hour to see my doctor at Platte Valley Medical Center. It is well worth the drive. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The grounds are beautiful. And the Bistro has a wide verity of delicious well presented foods. The lobby of the hospital feels like a comfortable livingroom. The entire hospital is beautifully appointed.
A loved one came into the ED with an urgent matter. The ED staff were fantastic. They are kind and caring. The health issue required activation of the GI Lab. The response was prompt. The healthcare providers in the GI Lab ware caring and attentive. This all occurred after hours, our family appreciates that they were so prompt and willing to answer the call. Total waste of my time I will never go back to that place I can't even say it's the worst service I've ever had because other than the intake nurse I had no service that emergency department is a joke and I'll drive the extra few miles to go to an emergency department that actually cares for its patients!!! I was there in July with a broken toe which they overlooked and dismissed as just a contusion turns out after getting a second opinion low and behold I have a broken toe a damaged ankle!!! Patient care is topnotch. I love how my doctor goes out of his way to explain everything. Every single staff knows their job extensively. From the consult to post ops, two thumbs up.
