Everyone courteous and helpful. The nurses and their assistants are the best.
Do not go to the internal medicine offices at Brighton or reunion locations. Most people working in the offices are incompetent. If you need to speak with one of the doctor's medical assistants you always have to go through the receptionists and messages are not passed along. They need a separate voicemail for the medical assistants so you can reach them personally. Whenever i call about an issue or question for them it takes 3-4 calls over weeks. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. doctors rushed.

Excellent care and a well tuned staff that works as a team. They are swift, caring and very knowledgeable.
I had hip replacement surgery and have been extremely well cared for very attentive staff comfortable room i couldn't be happier with my treatment. I would recommend Platte Valley to anyone who is getting surgery, Dr Baxter for joint care
