Dr. Richard Gerry from General Trama Surg is very rude and does not have any bedside manners conducting with patients. He stated to the nursing staff and everyone in the office that I was a "blah blah blah case" from the hallway when the nursing staff was explaining my case. Then he entered my room with a rude attitude and attempted to talk to me like I am a idiot by asking "what would you like me to do" Well if I knew the answer I would not be wasting time and money sitting in his office. A****le!
Large enough to give great care yet small enough to not be overwhelmed. The staff is tremendous and each visit I’ve made I’ve been treated with courtesy and respect.
