Not kind at all. Forgot my id at home and asked if they could start the process while I walked home to get ID. They said no. Asked if I could leave the items there to walk home and get id, no again. It takes 20 mins for me to get there another 20 mins to get back. Public transit doesn’t cut the time because of traffic and wait times. Hate this location

I'm really confused about how their staff sort and price these days. They offer a price saying it's going to sell for x price. But then later list it above their quote (was quoted they would sell for $30 now listed for $40). Also they accept things with holes because it's Nike, and it's confusing they refuse in trend items. I'm fairly certain they only purchase what they would like to buy themselves. During covid this place made the sell worth it but now, just use eBay.
