I went in with a few bags, dropped off and returned to them telling me it was an all pass due to wear and tear and items they don’t carry. I thought that was odd but took my bags and left. I felt odd so I checked all my bags and items were missing. I went back in and the staff knew exactly where these items were - on the shelf with tags on them. Recommendedtrying to find a dress for a special occasion.... love the selection of different types of designs found 2 dresses and a nice summer shirt.. great selection on blouses ,shorts, ect. i have heard they are overpriced but 5 bucks for a summer top and 14 for a dress that actually fits me is well worth it to me .. took many different dresses in as i just had a baby 9 months ago so wasn't sure what would fit ..the staff was never rude to me about having 6 or 7 things to try on..great place to look for flats or a hand bag as well .... read more
Don’t waste your time with this store. They pride themselves in stocking their wracks with high end products, yet continue to sell overused and outdated items. I’ve brought bags upon bags of high end and name brand items to them and have received nothing, yet they stock stained and outdated items? Talk about a complete joke. Not to mention, they employ some of the most disrespectful and immature staff (I’ve overheard them dis people’s clothing and styles). Customer service was terrible! I brought in a bag of very nice name brand clothes and a pair of Nike sneakers the women said they wouldn't buy any of it because it was all out of season and not what they were looking for, yet I seen exact same stuff on the racks! I was very disappointed, will not be back.

WORST plato’s is located in Ithaca by far! I came in last week and their credit card machine was broken. They told me they could put the Ray Ban sunglasses for me on hold until it is fixed and that i’ll get a call when it works again by a young man. I came back a couple days later to check in and an older lady rudely tells me that they were already put back out and sold without ever notifying me.
