RecommendedThe staff a extremely friendly and helpful. Theres sometimes dogs to pet which is super fun and awesome that I can bring my dog into the store.
RecommendedI went to Ithaca ny plato’s closet and was so impressed by the way I was treated the manager there I wish I new her name, was amazing she helped me with a pair a shoes for a young man that I have staying in my home. He dose not have much and she went out of her way to help. Then a customer named Jane gave me her discount what a great experience all around. Thank you so much and I will let everyone know about this great place.

RecommendedWent in today just looking for some new fall stuff. I always have awful luck shopping in general and usually leave empty handed as I can never find my size. Today I found everything I was looking for and then some ❤️ thank you platos closet for having suck a big selection!!

When I visited today, the person I believe is the *manager* was wearing their mask below their nose, and removed it frequently to speak to an (also unmasked) customer. The rest of the staff appear to be trying, but I didn't feel comfortable there as she frequently walked within a few feet of me, unmasked and talking loudly. I think people who are thinking of visiting this store should know this is how they're handling precautions. :( Too bad, I liked this place.
