Never will I ever shop here again. Came in as a first time customer and instantly felt uncomfortable. The ladies working there were rude and not very helpful and I even over heard one say "I don't get why people bring their kids in here" loud enough so my friend and I could here it. Needless to say I will not be bringing my business there nor do I recommend it to any one else!

Everytime i go on there looking for a deal its usually over priced like i can to to the store myself an pay the extra $5 to get it brand new. Thought it was suppose to be cheaper. An when you ask a question the sales associates are very snobby like your bothering them. Definitely recommend going to goodwill before here

I took a total of 7 juniors shorts, all in great condition, and 3 Aeropostale collared shirts to the Dover store. Not only did they not buy any of the clothing I brought in, but they also just threw all my clothes back in the bag! I brought them in ironed and folded neatly. It disguised me when I opened the bag up when I got home. Thanks Plato's closet! My clothes looked 100 times better than the clothes hanging on the racks.

This store had gone downhill in the last two years. Used to be a great place to buy gently used clothing, now every time I go in to shop, there are rude customer service associates and every piece of clothing I pick for myself up has holes or rips, balls, or isn't even brand name! Not to mention their sizes aren't even cleaned...you'll find more medium and XS in the large or XL than you will in the actual XS section. What a shame.
