I took two full bags of clothes with names such as under armour, nike, Adidas, also dansko shoes and some beautiful dresses in. Came back to them saying my clothes are older than 18 months. They would give me 11 dollars for 2 items ...one being an under armour jacket!! I was furious...took everything back. What made me more disgusted was some of the stuff on their racks made my stuff look pretty darn great. very disappointing. will never step foot or even recommend this place to anyone

I think the one in Dover is overpriced & it’s always a hit and miss when it comes to items. They say they don’t take anything with stains or holes but you can always find clothes in there with stains and holes. The one in Newark is cheaper and has a better selection.
Affordable name brand clothing
love the store,never had a problem with the clothes,staff or prices. I buy for myself,husband, and 3 children. We look good and I'm not spending a fortune!
I recently purchase some clothes for a less fortunate young man took them home and laid them out to seprate them and to find out i have bed bugs from there. This matter is being taken care of by corporate & and file as well . The Dover store was very rude and unprofessional about the matter and told me its not possible maybe i already had a issue ,i didnt argue i made sure my conversation was recorded and i remained very calm. Mr. Jones, I don't think you had this incident happened at our store. We have spoken to a few of our employees and none of them have any recollection of having a conversation with anyone of this nature. In addition, corporate has not contacted us which they would've done immediately. I have also checked to see if you are in our system, and we have no record of you.
