Manager banned me and my mom from selling to the store, when I was not even there. Logic makes zero sense! Very poor management, rude.

After years and years of customers repeatedly bringing in items that the staff has passed on we were forced to create rules that will stop customers from insisting that we buy items that we do not believe will resell in our stores. You and your mother were both warned repeatedly to stop this behavior and you refused. You left us no choice. Although it doesn't make sense to you, wasting payroll over and over again because you don't follow the rules, doesn't make sense to us! Best wishes!

Love it, clearance is great. I found really good deals for 70% off. The only complaint I would have is the music being loud. Other than that it's a great place with great deals. I'll be sure to come again.
I love going here, especially for the teens. I like grabbing a few gift cards and they really can get a few things for a small amount of money.

Very unprofessional and RUDE staff.
Plato's is definitely one of my go to stores! They have the cutest selections and everything is at a reasonable price! I always make sure to bring in any of my clothes that I'm longer wearing and they give me cash on the spot! Then I can put that money towards any of my purchases. The staff are all really nice and genuine, I would highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already!

They have a great staff that always complies and helps you. I've been a customer of them for many years and have never had any problems what so ever. They pay me cash on the spot for all the clothes I don't even wear anymore! I highly recommend this store and can't wait until I go back!
I love it there the clothes are nice and still cheap. The employees are wonderful and there very respectful. I love to shop there!!!!
