This place is a joke when it comes to the purchase of gently used items in season or in fashion. My wife and I went to take clothes and shoes for sale and we only had two bags and a box of shoes. The two young ladies working on 03/11/2025 at 12:30 pm had taken in the clothes and then we walked to the Subway sandwich shop two door down to get a coke, we received a text saying that our buy was ready. If I could leave zero to negative stars, I would. I took two bags full of women’s clothes and it was my first time being at Plato’s, this experience was horrible. Some of the dresses were worth $100, $160 w original store tags on them, never worn or used and I never got them back. I told staff it was my first time being there, and I asked what was the process of selling them clothes.
