I have always had nothing but bad experiences here. I brought in 3 pairs of BRAND NEW jeans from american eagle and was told they were to "worn" THEY ARE TOO JUDGEMENTAL.
Platos closet is such a fun and friendly environment! Love the vibe that comes from the store and the employees are so helpful! The store is kept up in great condition due to the countless amount of hours the employees put into keeping everything in color and size coordination. Everyone must check platos closet out! Tell your friends about it!
I have tried to donate clothes multiple times on my lunch break and they always have a sign on the door that they are not taking any clothes, try back at 3:00 pm. That is very inconvenient for those that work an 8-5.
Plato's is a wonderful place to sell and buy! People get upset when they don't buy clothes but they have to have high standards in order to buy them to make money off of them. Great staff, friendly environment! And very reasonably priced clothes for being in such good condition! :)
Every time i have walked into this store, i have been met with NOTHING but extreme judgements. Employees are rude, condescending, and seriously lack any kind of customer service. I am always extremely hesitant to walk into this store, even though i don't of my own volition, but will accompany a friend.
This is a Friendly bit of advice.. Don't sale anything at this place.. the people there are too judgmental about what you wear and will not buy any good clothing.. me and my wife tried three times already and every time came out with the same results.. no money in our hands.. so please don't sale there.. it's not worth your time...

I brought a brand new pair of coach tennis shoes,never worn,and they took a dress I bought at target. Waste of gas and time
