The last 3 times I have been in here the sales associates were extremely disrespectful and rude. Today I got an eye roll for asking which register to check out at from Toni and the manger Liz is rude almost every time I go in. They have cute stuff but not worth being treated rudely.
If I could would give this place zero stars if I could. Employees were extremely rude and had very bad attitudes. Took in several jeans from the Buckle size 25-28 Rock Revivals, Miss Me, MEK and BKE) and was told they didn’t accept kids sizes. When I asked what they considered to be children’s sizes the girl couldn’t tell me just that “the buyer chose not buy my items” and for me to have a good day like she was dismissing me. Will never be back again.

I'm loyal customer for 5 years, but today something was unacceptable. During I was in fitting room, an associate knocked my room door , and immediately opened it. I understood about accident, but I didn't hear "SORRY" at all. How rude it is!!! I love plato's closet, and I don't want you guys lose money because someone fuck you up!!

@PlatosCloset Where you wait over an hour and a half waste your gas only to get $9 or less. Never again. Do not recommend them.
This place is so awful. The employees are all rude. They had signs all over the place advertising 90% off clearance and I got up to the cash register and they only rang up 70% off. I questioned them about this and was met with a very rude attitude. The woman would not honor the signage and proceeded to go take the signs down. This is not the first time I have been mistreated at this location.
